CIVIL SUITS AND THEIR KINDS

ASALAM U ALIKUM. Today topic is about the civil suits and their kinds in Pakistan. First of all what is a civil suit. A civil suit is a suit in which no offence/criminal proceedings involved. This suit is presented before the Senior Civil Judge and the same marked the suit in court of any civil judge with competent authority.  The Main Difference between civil and criminal cases: The main difference between civil and criminal cases is that the criminal case starts with any offence, further forwarded to FIR and trial and punishments etc. But the civil suit starts with cause of action. This action can be of any party (private man , company , government authority etc). And in many cases a civil case can be converted in a criminal case and a criminal case can be converted in civil, because you can more than one remedy at a time. Bail Before Arrest

 Asalam U Alikum! This topic is about Bail before Arrest. But before going to the main topic we have to discuss why and when we take bail before Arrest. In criminal proceedings Under CR.P.C section 498 we can avail Pre-arrest Bail(Bail before Arrest) after lodging of FIR. So here comes a question what is an FIR. FIR is stands for First information report , this is a kind of application in written which can be submitted in a police in which the jurisdiction of an offence lies. After submission of application the concerned police officer take charge and starts his investigation. In investigation if necessary he can call both parties so matter can be resolved through negotiation or otherwise if he realize the application is correct, he can lodge an FIR or he can disposed off the application if he thinks fit. SO what is a NTN(National Tax Number) this is a specific number allotted to desired person after submitting a form with required information and now a days your CNIC number is also your NTN in case of individual person. After acquiring this number you are eligible to submit your Income Tax Return, and here comes the second question that what is Income Tax Return. This is a mixture of all your yearly salary/income calculation and all taxes your paid on your salary and all your assets you have all through your financial year which start from 1st of July and end on 30th of June and after submitting your tax within time you will become Filer and if you submit your Tax Return after the expired time you have to pay some nominal fine to become Filer.
